About the RoleWe’re hiring a hands-on a Creator & Affiliate Growth Manager to own and scale our creator-driven growth engine. This role is deeply execution-focused—ideal for someone who thrives in the details, understands how creators operate, and knows how to turn product seeding into measurable, compounding performance.
You’ll be responsible for building and managing relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, while continuously optimizing outreach, conversions, and long-term partnerships. This is not a purely strategic role—you’ll be in the day-to-day execution, testing, iterating, and driving results.
What You’ll DoOwn and execute the affiliate and product seeding program end-to-endIdentify, recruit, and onboard creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platformsManage high-volume outreach and product seeding while maintaining strong, authentic creator relationshipsTrack performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data and insightsCoordinate the full creator lifecycle—from initial outreach and seeding to long-term partnershipsBuild and refine systems for scalable outreach, follow-ups, and retentionCollaborate closely with content and growth teams to align messaging, offers, and campaign directionContinuously test new approaches, creators, and platforms to unlock growth opportunitiesRequirements
Highly detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-driven roleStrong understanding of TikTok and how seeding translates into viral and revenue-generating growthSolid knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platformsProven ability to build and maintain meaningful creator relationships (not just transactional outreach)Experience managing or scaling product seeding and/or affiliate programsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh sense of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
Bonus QualificationsExperience working with DTC or eCommerce brands
Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
