NTU, CEE is a leading school for Sustainable Built Environment.
We are looking for a research fellow to support the development of algorithms for anomaly detection, simulate and test it on Reinforced Concrete (RC) substructures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Simulate RC substructures under different boundary conditions.
• Design and fabricate test models.
• Develop algorithms for anomaly detections.
• Publish several papers in top journals.
• Write proposals for further development.
• Mentor students.
Job Requirements:
• PhD degree in civil engineering or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in structural health monitoring and simulation.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in ABAQUS, and lab test skill
• Ability to work independently and develop solutions under strict timelines
