Job summary
Reporting to the Head of Account Management, the Account Development Manager's primary role is to ensure the continued growth and success of Northumbria Healthcare Group's non-core revenue services. The postholder will be responsible for managing a strategic portfolio of customer accounts for Fleet's growing number of public sector/not-for profit clients.

Main duties of the job
o Maximising performance within a defined portfolio of accounts.
o Provide a key point of liaison with existing customers and stakeholders and identify and maximise opportunities for growth.
o Championing the client/scheme end-users at all levels internally.
o Providing clients with excellent service and support to develop relationships.
o Ensuring awareness with competitive activities within accounts.
o Proactively identifying existing customer needs and self-generating leads for additional business opportunities.
o Liaising with other members of the team to manage existing accounts.
o Maintaining accurate records on the department's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
o Monitoring client satisfaction and adapting approach where possible.
o Maintaining a knowledge of developments in the salary sacrifice sector.
o Exhibiting and evaluating at promotional events in the UK, and via webinars.
o Ensuring internal teams/sections provide the highest level of customer service.

With an excellent, proven track record in customer service, the successful candidate will be a key contact within the Fleet Solutions team to maximise performance within their portfolio of accounts.

Desirable
Experience of using Ai to support improving business practices in your current role would be advantageous.
Qualifications Essential
Educated to degree level, or a minimum 3 years' experience working in a Business to Business (B2B) environment.
