Job summary You'll be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the appropriate professional body (HCPC, GOsC, GCC). We are looking for you to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, as well as the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD. You should have the desire to facilitate improvement in yourself and the service. You will have excellent and confident communication skills with both patients and colleagues alike. You may have experience of working within the NHS, Public or Private Sector, bringing transferrable skills to Cora. You will carry out tasks with fairness and integrity at all times; along with being well organised, conscientious and capable of working collaboratively with the team. The majority of clinical diaries, patient notes and patient support resources are administered electronically and as such you'll have good IT skills and be willing to embrace innovation and technological advances that improve service delivery.
Main duties of the job Open to Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors the Oxfordshire service are looking for a well-organised Senior MSK Clinician who value to deliver high quality clinical care for people with musculoskeletal conditions. You'll undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of MSK needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved. We are dedicated in delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. About the role
Cora Health are looking for Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Clinicians (Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Rehab Therapist, Sports Therapist) who are passionate about providing high-quality patient-centred care to join us as part of a large multidisciplinary team spanning the county of Oxfordshire .
The Oxfordshire MSK Service is an integrated NHS service commissioned by Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group that provides advice and treatment for people with MSK, chronic pain, MSK Podiatry, and pelvic health related conditions. We are looking for clinicians to join the existing clinical team already delivering specialist MSK care in Oxfordshire.
