Experience of working within a similar environment, a caring nature with the ability to give everyone a personal approach, flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice, strong work ethic with a solution-based approach to problem-solving, working well under pressure, warm and engaging persona, respect for everyone, treating others as you would want to be treated, resilience and adaptability to differing needs of colleagues and residents.
