The opportunity LionHart Mortgages & Protection is looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its growing team in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who enjoys working closely with estate agency teams and providing customers with clear, high-quality mortgage advice.
All leads will be supplied through the company’s estate agency relationships, giving you an established flow of customers and the opportunity to focus on advising, converting business and delivering an excellent service.
Key responsibilities
Providing suitable mortgage advice to new and existing customersManaging mortgage applications from the initial appointment through to completionResponding promptly to leads and referrals supplied by estate agency branchesBuilding productive relationships with estate agency colleaguesConducting customer appointments in branches, at head office and remotelyMaintaining regular contact with customers throughout the mortgage journeyManaging an active pipeline and progressing applications efficientlyKeeping accurate customer and compliance recordsMeeting all relevant regulatory and quality standardsDelivering consistently high levels of customer service About you Hold CeMAP or an equivalent recognised mortgage qualificationHave approximately one year or more of mortgage advice experienceHave achieved Competent Adviser StatusCan confidently manage mortgage cases from initial appointment to completionAre comfortable working with estate agency-generated leadsBuild strong relationships with customers and estate agency teamsAre motivated, organised and able to manage their own workloadCan work effectively both independently and as part of a wider teamLive within a reasonable travelling distance of Milton KeynesAre available to begin the role as soon as possible What we offer A basic salary of approximately £30,000, depending on experienceA permanent, employed positionAll customer leads suppliedAn established source of estate agency businessA structured hybrid working arrangementTwo home-working days each weekThe opportunity to work closely with estate agency branch teamsSupport from an established mortgage businessThe backing of the Mortgage Advice Bureau networkNo regular weekend working Apply if you are a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser with at least one year’s experience.
