About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities. Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact As Assistant / System Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading systems and equipment at client sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. The engineer will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Be Part of Our Success Install, configure, and commission assigned systems and equipment at customer sites following standard procedures and safety guidelines. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance. Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on-site to minimize downtime. Provide technical support and training to customers / end-users. Document service reports, installation procedures, and maintenance records accurately. Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Qualities We Value Knowledge in Engineering in Electronics or equivalent Experience in providing maintenance service Able to perform 24/7 standby and able to work out field on site Require lifting heavy loads and work at height Good team player and yet able to work independently. Valid Class 3 driving license would be advantageous.
