Location: Fort George Barracks, near Inverness, IV2 7TD Pay rate: £13.50 per hour Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 1 weekend per month with 2 days off during the week Shift times: Between 0600 and 2000 We’re hiring a Chef to join our passionate team at Fort George Barracks . What you'll do: Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Support fine dining and hospitality events Train and mentor new team members Follow recipes and maintain kitchen records Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans What we’re looking for: Relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent). Trained to Chef de Partie level. Team player with effective communication skills. Confident, flexible, and innovative. Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).
