About this role
Alliance Public Schools is looking for a reliable and caring individual to transport students and staff to and from Scottsbluff two times per day, five days per week, following the Meridian school calendar. Schedule:
• Morning departure: 7:15 a.m.
• Afternoon departure: 1:15 p.m.
• Approximately 5–6 hours per day
• Monday–Friday, following the ESU 13 Meridian school calendar
Responsibilities:
• Safely transport students and staff to and from Scottsbluff
• Assist students with loading and unloading from the vehicle
• Properly secure and buckle students for transportation
• Safely operate a wheelchair lift
• Assist students who require additional support during loading and unloading
• Follow all district transportation and student safety procedures
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license
• No CDL required
• Must pass a background check
• Must successfully complete a 2-hour video driving course
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to safely assist students with mobility and transportation needs
