About this role
Elementary School Math Interventionist The NCCA Math Interventionist will work with students to improve their math skills, with a focus on students who are struggling academically. Reports to: Principal Responsibilities Include:
• Instruction: Providing individual or small group instruction that's tailored to the needs of each student or group
• Monitoring: Regularly assessing student progress and performance
• Documentation: Keeping data-based records of student progress and performance
• Communication: Reporting student progress to parents, teachers, and administrators
• Collaboration: Working with classroom teachers to identify students who need intervention, analyze student work, and develop and implement curriculum
• Staff development: Providing support and professional development to teachers and other staff
• Other duties as assigned.
