Job SummaryYou will serve as a Program Coordinator (Assistant Ordering Officer) of NLSC.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following: 1) Assists with reviewing and amending work efforts of the Assistant Ordering Officers to ensure optimum resource utilization. 2) Determines the appropriate procedures to obtain goods and services that will fulfill the requirements, meet the delivery schedule, obtain a fair price, and conform to acquisition regulations and advise customers on the status of the purchase. 3) Tracks procurement actions to ensure timely and complete delivery of materials and supplies to respective activities; 4) Conducts periodic reviews for the purpose of closing out the outstanding purchase/delivery orders; and 5) Purchasing of supplies, equipment, and services in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Major DutiesYou will responsible for placing firm fixed-price delivery orders for supplies and services.You will legally authorize the obligation of OJAG/CNLSC financial resources for requisitions in accordance with established laws, guidelines, policies, procedures, Federal procurement regulations and applicable Executive Orders.You will determine the appropriate procedures to obtain goods and services that will fulfill the requirements, meet the delivery schedule, obtain a fair price, and conform to acquisition regulations and advise customers on the status of the purchase.You will assist with monitoring contractor performance for compliance with applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, inspections, contract, and date reporting requirements.You will investigate damaged shipments, material shortages, quality control matters relating to supplies furnished by vendors, non-receipt, and any problems related to vendor delivery and resolves matter for JCAB customers.
