Job SummaryYou will serve as a ADIMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) in the Executive Administrative Services Division, Code 1102 of PSNS and IMF.

QualificationsFOR GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing administrative and clerical support services (such as data entry and timekeeping), maintaining administrative filing and inventory systems, and coordinating logistics for command-wide functions, to ensure compliance with established regulations and support efficient office operations. FOR GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: communicating effectively, orally and in writing, to share information, correspondence, and reports summarizing issues to provide administrative support; Utilizing a variety of software programs including word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, email, and database programs; Maintaining records or files to keep them current, complete, and accurate; and Handling sensitive materials in accordance with policy and procedures. Major DutiesYou will receive, stocks, organizes, and issues inventory.You will analyze stock usage for reorder of materials to maintain stock on hand.You will coordinate clerical support services, such as typing, timekeeping, ordering/stocking office supplies, and mail.You will provide information and assistance regarding processing procedures and requirements in the Incentive Awards and suggestions programs.
