Wood is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. This position is based in Riyadh with frequent site visits.

• Review and assess the EPCM contractor’s procurement plans, material requisitions, and procurement schedules. • Support the technical evaluation of vendor proposals, including bid tabulations (TBE), vendor selection processes, and commercial bid evaluations (CBE). • Review and validate purchase orders (POs), vendor documentation, logistics strategies, and quality assurance processes. • Participate in factory acceptance tests (FATs), vendor inspections, and expediting activities. • Support the management of long-lead items, equipment tracking, and resolution of vendor-related issues. • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate integration of vendor data into project deliverables.

• Minimum 5 years of experience • Strong understanding of key contracting principles, supported by relevant industry experience and exposure. • Good understanding of contract terms, procurement principles, and contracting processes. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional project teams and stakeholders. • Solid awareness of corporate and project procedures, as well as client contract structures and policies. • Experience within at least one of the following sectors: Mining, Oil & Gas, EPC, or EPCM environments. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required. • Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.
