Reporting Product Owner - People Analytics Your role and responsibilities As Reporting Product Owner within the People Analytics team, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of ABB's HR reporting portfolio, spanning Workday, local SAP, and other reporting platforms. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, translating HR data needs into structured, scalable reporting solutions - and driving a coherent, governed, and user-centered reporting product suite. This position reports to: Data, Reporting & Analytics Delivery Lead Work model: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid) Location is flexible, while the role holder is expected to work and collaborate with teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
