What is your role? As a Business Analyst E-commerce at Lely, you will be a vital link between business needs and technical implementation. You play a key role in optimizing and innovating the digital customer experience on our E-commerce platforms. By mapping processes, gathering requirements, and analyzing user journeys, you ensure that our digital solutions truly add value for our customers. You will collaborate across departments from UX designers and developers to product owners and business stakeholders ensuring that our platforms support seamless customer interaction and drive commercial success.
