Together with your team, you ensure that HR processes run efficiently, accurately, and reliably. You oversee all administrative HR activities related to onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. From employment contracts and personnel administration to reporting and process optimization, you ensure that every step of the employee journey is supported with excellence. The coming years will focus on strengthening our global HR Services organization, safeguarding quality and expertise, and enhancing our HR Service Delivery model through digitalization and process improvements. YOUR WORKPLACE You will join our HR Services team, consisting of 12 dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality HR support across the organization. The team plays a vital role in setting new standards for operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement. In this role, you report directly to the Global Manager HR Services and work closely with colleagues from HR Business Partnering, Payroll, and Global Mobility.
