The Position The Senior Manager of Membership & Progress Engagement designs and runs the NovoCare membership and progress-engagement programs, meaning the points, rewards, milestones, and behavioral mechanics that recognize healthy behaviors and keep consumers engaged over time, built inside strict AKS and compliance guardrails and never tied to prescription fills. The role, internally known as the Sr. Loyalty and Progress Engagement Manager, is responsible for the program's design, its economics, and its day-to-day operation.
