What You Will Do As a SHEQ Specialist, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy. You will manage essential quality processes independently while providing vital support to our Engineering teams on larger-scale projects. You are the critical link between high-level safety standards and daily operational execution. -Quality Management: Support the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). Perform advanced process audits and analyze statistical data to ensure compliance. -Safety Inspections: Proactively inspect work sites to detect hazards, facilitating immediate reporting and resolution to maintain a gold-standard work environment. -Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents and customer complaints. You'll identify root causes and propose sustainable corrective actions. -Process Improvement: Propose changes to testing parameters and frequencies.
