- Machine Operator (Filling and Labeling Line) 17.5 36-40 hours per week De Ronde Venen About the company Are you technically minded and do you enjoy working in a manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Machine Operator for a company in the food industry who will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring various production machines used to produce herb and spice blends. You will be working in a production environment where herbs and spices are processed, blended, filled, and packaged. Quality, food safety, and efficiency are key priorities here. Activities - Setting up, operating, and monitoring production, mixing, grinding, filling, and packaging machines. - Starting up and reconfiguring machines during product changeovers. - Checking dosage amounts, fill weights, and labeling. - Monitoring the progress of the production process. - Conducting quality checks and spot checks. - Recording production and quality data. - Identifying and resolving minor technical issues. - Performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks on machines. Activities - Ensure that the production process proceeds in accordance with the established quality and efficiency standards. - Work in accordance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety guidelines. - Ensure a safe work environment and the proper use of personal protective equipment. - Identify discrepancies and report them to the supervisor. - Ensure a clean and organized workplace. We are looking for someone who: - Experience with production or packaging machines. - Has technical insight and can resolve minor malfunctions. - Works with precision and a focus on quality. - Has knowledge of food safety or is willing to learn about it. - Can work independently and functions well as part of a team. - Proficient in Dutch.
