As an operator, you are part of a team where collaboration is important and you get plenty of opportunities to develop yourself. In this role, you work as in Warmenhuizen an operator within a close-knit team on modern production lines. You ensure a smooth production process, perform quality checks, and solve minor malfunctions yourself. About the function As an operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running and managing your production line. Together with your fellow operators, you start up the lines and make sure everything is set correctly. During the day, you keep an overview, step in where needed, and actively participate in weighing and packaging products. You perform quality checks, such as oxygen and allergen measurements, and check the metal detector and product weights. Cleaning and setting up print coding and labeling equipment are also part of your job. Any malfunctions on the line? You solve minor technical issues yourself as an operator, and call in technical support for bigger problems. You also participate in improvement teams to help make the process better together. At the end of the day, you ensure the line is clean and tidy for the next shift. As an operator, you work in a 2-shift system with varying hours, including weekends. You will work a two-shift rota, with the day shift starting between 06:00 and 07:00 and finishing at 15:00/16:00, and the evening shift starting between 15:00 and 16:00 and finishing at 00:00/01:00.
