We also offer an internal training program to become a Dough Maker, Production Operator, or Packaging Operator. This is what you're going to do - Setting up equipment and preparing packaging and auxiliary materials. - Carrying out various quality checks on packaging and recording findings in logs and/or systems. - Resolving routine malfunctions and quality deviations by adjusting equipment within established parameters.
