We would love to meet you if you:• wholeheartedly support TUA's mission and wish to contribute to it;• have proven yourself to be a competent researcher through, among other things, a completed doctoral degree-preferably on a topic in missiology-and through scholarly publications;• can deliver high-quality, engaging instruction;• are able to provide adequate supervision to doctoral candidates;• preferably also have experience in the field;• take the initiative to launch new research projects;• are willing and able to work as part of a team and take on responsibilities in TUA committees;• have adequate proficiency in spoken and written English;• support, in word and deed, the TUA's plans for internationalization, ecclesial broadening, and the strengthening and expansion of education and scholarship;• demonstrate loyalty to the principle that the church and theology must be connected but not intermingled;• are committed to the Reformed Confessions. Our aim is to ensure a clear Reformed, biblical-confessional approach to research and teaching. In concrete terms, this focuses, for example, on theological reflection on how the message of the unicity of Christ and his salvific work can be given substance and form within the field of missiology. This aim makes us eager to hear your ideas about how to foster a reformed perspective in the field of missiology in connection with global mission.
