At UNIS Group, as an Operational Module Buyer, you play an important role within our organization. You ensure that the right parts are available at the right time, so that our customers can be helped quickly and optimally. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and other departments to ensure the purchasing process runs smoothly. What are you going to do? No day is the same. Your responsibilities include: - The purchasing of industrial electronics and related products. - Searching, comparing, and ordering products from suppliers worldwide. - Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and new suppliers. - Monitoring delivery times and proactively responding to potential delays. - Processing returns and associated administration. - Identifying bottlenecks within the procurement process and suggesting improvements. - The administrative processing and monitoring of all purchasing activities. What do we ask of you? - A structured and precise working method. - Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. - A good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Experience in a similar role is a plus. - Knowledge of industrial electronics is a plus.
