In this role, you will work with specialized coating techniques to finish foam products used in medical and technical applications. This is a precise and hands-on position in a modern production environment. Minimum Requirements: - European passport or valid work permit in the Netherlands. - Minimum B1 level of English. - Previous experience as an industrial painter - Proficiency in operating spray painting equipment and understanding of painting application techniques. - Motivation to learn a specialized technical skill - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Great attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Wearing work clothes and safety boots is mandatory. Responsibilities: - Applying coatings using spray guns in spray cabins - Working with PU coatings and water-based materials - Preparing and mixing coating materials - Coating small and detailed foam products with high precision - Performing quality checks on finished products - Cleaning equipment and maintaining a safe working environment - Wearing protective equipment (such as air-filter masks) Company profile The client is a specialized manufacturing company focused on foam processing and advanced coating technologies.
