Design Lead Waterbouw Translate the design accurately with your team of structural engineers and drafters, and deliver work that truly makes an impact. Solliciteren Westerschelde 1 As a Design Manager at De Klerk, you will work on one or more multidisciplinary hydraulic engineering projects or tenders, either from our office or on-site. You will lead constructors and drafters, taking full responsibility for the engineering phase of each project. You will collaborate closely with the project team, ensuring that designs are accurately translated into practical, high-quality solutions. We are looking for someone with at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, combined with 5-10 years of experience in an engineering department. You possess excellent knowledge of RAW and UAV-GC contracts, and familiarity with ARW is a significant advantage. You are an analytical and conceptual thinker who thrives on finding practical, feasible, and integrated solutions. You have the right mindset for a contractor and are eager to contribute to the future of the Netherlands. Leadership comes naturally to you, and you excel at teamwork. You are highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of forming sound judgments to persuade others of your solutions.
