In addition, you will coordinate material flows and logistics processes and support the preparation and follow-up of offshore activities. About the Role: - Responsibility for the storage and management of spare parts, consumables and tools - Preparation and follow-up of offshore activities - Compilation and provision of tools, spare parts and personal protective equipment (PPE) for service teams - Management and organization of employees' personal protective equipment - Inspection, maintenance and upkeep of tools and consumables - Management of lifting equipment and slinging gear - Organization and management of materials requiring repair - Conducting regular inventories and maintaining stock records - Processing and documentation of deliveries and returns - Coordination of waste disposal, including the required documentation - Updating and maintaining the hazardous substances register - Documentation of operational and consumable materials - Supporting the development and implementation of internal standards and processes Your Profile: - Successfully completed vocational training in a technical/trades-related field or warehouse/logistics management, e.g. as a warehouse logistics specialist - Several years of professional experience in warehouse management - Proficiency in MS Office and SAP MM - Very good knowledge of applicable occupational health and safety regulations - Basic knowledge of the German Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefStoffV) - Very good written and spoken German and English - Driving license category B as well as...
