In this role, you are responsible for introducing mechatronic, (electro)mechanical modules or even complete machines into our assembly factory for customers in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industries, both within the Brainport region and beyond. You work closely with the multidisciplinary design teams and your colleagues in the factory to achieve the best results in terms of quality, delivery times, and costs. In addition, you are part of the Project Management team, where you contribute to the ongoing improvement of our New Product Introduction (NPI) processes. What excites you as a Project Manager NPI? Vanuit onze assemblagefaciliteit in Eindhoven houd jij je graag bezig met: - Gathering customer needs regarding forecasts, demand, priorities, issues, and complaints throughout the project. - Preparing and maintaining reports for the NPI Manager or the Sioux Technologies Assembly Management Team (project board/dashboard), including timely signaling and escalation in case of disruptions or deviations. - Aligning and agreeing with the NPI Manager on project budget, planning, and requirements regarding expected product margin and revenue. - Executing NPI projects according to the Sioux Quality Management System (QMS) to achieve a complete ERP process that ensures products are delivered according to the agreed QLTC specifications (Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost) - fully in line with the p...
