From our warehouse in Roosendaal, we make sure our outdoor furniture gets to the right place at the right time. As a Warehouse Team Leader , you play an important role in making this happen. Together with the Working Foremen, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the warehouse and know exactly what is needed to ensure people and processes work together effectively. What will you be doing? As a Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that the daily operations within your department run smoothly. You create structure, monitor planning and ensure that safety, quality and productivity remain at the required level. You manage the Working Foremen and make sure employees are assigned to the right tasks. Do you see an opportunity to work smarter or more efficiently? You don't wait around: you suggest improvements and work with the team to put them into practice. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
