Decription : - Manage the KYC Unit team by defining clear roles and responibilities of the KYC Officers, distribution of duties, follow-up and other team management tasks. - Assist the Head of Compliance Department Luxembourg and the European Chief Compliance Officer. - Responsible for drafting the AML-CFT/KYC policies and procedures and guidance related to the Bank's activities. - Oversee the end-to-end KYC on-boarding process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of client risk assessments and documentation. - Manage and ensure the periodic and even-driven KYC review/refresh process for the existing client portfolio in a timely manner... Profile : - Minimum 5 years experience in compliance and regulatory financial matters with a focus on AML-CFT. - Fluent in English. Mandarin or French would be an asset. - Deep Knowledge of Customer Due Diligence requirements.
