About this role
- Maintain and continuously enhance the Bank's ESG Risk Policy, ensuring alignment with EBA/GL/2025/01 and CSSF Circular 26/905. - Lead the annual ESG materiality assessment, translating outputs into actionable risk identification across environmental, social, and governance dimensions. - Own Pillar III ESG disclosure report (CRR Article 449a), including quantitative templates and qualitative narrative, benchmarked against EU peer institutions. - Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Law, or a related field; ESG in CFA or equivalent sustainability credentials are advantageous. - Analytical rigor-comfort with quantitative modelling alongside qualitative ESG assessment. - Communication excellence.
