The role coordinates with logistics service providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to manage transportation, customs clearance, freight payments, issue resolution, and claims handling.
How you’ll make an impact: - You will plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound transportation activities to ensure timely deliveries. - You will manage freight quotations, transportation costs, invoice verification, and carrier payments. - You will review shipping documents and coordinate with carriers to resolve transportation issues. - You will manage import and export customs clearance processes and ensure regulatory compliance. - You will prepare, verify, and maintain customs declarations and supporting documentation. - You will coordinate with customs brokers and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations. - You will monitor supplier performance, manage logistics-related NCRs, and drive continuous improvement actions. - You will handle transportation and customs claims, resolve operational issues, and prepare KPI and logistics reports. - Living Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business - Temp contract ( 9-month or 12-month contract)
Your Background: - You hold a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields. - 2 - 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Customs Operations in Vietnam. - Strong knowledge of transportation, import/export, and customs regulations. - Good network and experience working with logistics and transportation service providers. - Experience with SAP GTS Customs Management and SAP S/4HANA is an advantage. - Good command of spoken and written English.
