How you'll make an impact
• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules. • Monitor project progress and identify critical path risks. • Provide schedule forecasting and performance reporting. • Support resource planning and resolve demand versus capacity conflicts. • Lead schedule impact analysis for project changes and delays. • Contribute to project reviews, risk assessments, and performance improvement initiatives. • Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams. • Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your Background
• Degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. • Experience in project planning, project engineering, project management, or scheduling. • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6. • Experience working on substation, transmission, energy, or infrastructure projects. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • Ability to translate complex project data into actionable insights.
