About this role
Purpose Manage and prioritize the PAYMENT product backlog to maximize business value, translating business needs into actionable requirements while working closely with the Payment Expert/Product Manager and development team. Reports to: Digital Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements. Ensure DevOps work items, user stories, tasks, and updates are accurately maintained and kept up to date by the team. Collaborate with the Payment Expert/Product Manager to deliver product priorities. Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. Align stakeholders and development teams on priorities and delivery goals. Monitor incidents and support timely resolution. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and delivery outcomes. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile delivery role. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization. Ability to translate business needs into user stories and requirements. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong ownership and accountability. Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed trade-offs. Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset. Nice to Have Experience with payments, payment gateways, or payment processing solutions. PSPO, CSPO, or similar Agile certification.
