*Job Overview:* We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financing related to a retail vehicle sale, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working closely with our sales team to maximize profitability.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage the financing process for automobile sales, including loan applications, approvals, and documentation. * Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable financing options for customers. * Analyze customer credit reports and financial data to determine appropriate financing solutions. * Present financing options to customers, explaining terms, conditions, and benefits clearly and effectively. * Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations related to automotive financing. * Train and support sales staff on financing procedures and best practices. * Monitor and evaluate the performance of financing programs and make recommendations for improvements. * Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding financing options and payments.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail finance or a related field. * Strong knowledge of financing products and services in the automotive industry. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
