*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and a delightful dining experience. This role involves food preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.
*Duties*
* Prepare, cook and set up the breakfast area prior to service, including arranging food items and beverages. * Serve breakfast items to guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. * Food preparation and cooking, adhering to food safety standards. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly. * Monitor food inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as necessary. * Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. * Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking, meal preparation, and cleaning practices. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. * Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in handling food. * A background in restaurant or hotel environments is beneficial. * Barista experience is an advantage for those interested in beverage preparation.
