*Duties*
* Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for every patient * Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and managing patient comfort * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for precise diagnostics * Manage patient records using dental software such as Dentrix and Epic to ensure accurate documentation * Provide excellent customer service as a dental receptionist by scheduling appointments and answering patient inquiries * Support patients with pediatric needs or orthodontic treatments, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions to promote long-term dental health
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in dental assisting with familiarity in Epic, Dentrix, or similar dental management software * Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and orthodontics * Experience working with pediatric patients or in orthodontic settings is highly desirable * Strong understanding of dental procedures, sterilization protocols, and CAD technology for imaging and modeling * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and healthcare providers * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent is preferred; ongoing training in orthodontics or pediatrics is a plus

Pay: $28.74-$34.73 per hour
