*Duties*
* Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. * Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations and safety standards. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating food supplies. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. * Perform barista duties as needed, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages. * Support other staff members in various roles within the food service environment.
*Qualifications*
* Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and serving methods. * Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. * Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. * Barista experience is a plus but not required. * A passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional dining experience is essential.
