Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. John?s Airport is looking for a new member to join our Housekeeping team. Our culture is rooted in our values, customer service excellence, leadership accountability, and the growth of our 100% locally owned & operated hotel.
The Housekeeping team is a key department within our company. This role will contribute to the overall success of the Hotel by providing superior customer service and a safe environment for our staff and guests.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provides superior customer service and has the passion to want to make our guests feel at home. * Follows established procedures and policies when completing tasks. * Acts as an Ambassador for our hotel * Demonstrates a customer service attitude with internal/external contacts * Description of duties & Training for cleaning, sanitizing and inspections will be provided on site. * Other duties as required
