*Position:* Cleaner *Company:* Bella Properties Inc. *Location:* Fredericton *Job Type:* Full-time, Monday to Friday, some evenings and weekends as required
*What You?ll Do:*
* Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties * Perform various cleaning tasks (including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing) * Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain cleanliness standard * Report maintenance issues or damages * Ensure properties are presentable for tenants and clients * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
*We?re Looking For Someone Who:*
* Has cleaning experience * Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. * Is dependable, organized, and trustworthy * Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving items throughout the day * Works well independently and with a team * Has a valid driver?s license (required)

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
