*JOB DESCRIPTION*
*Cleaner*
We are currently looking for a cleaner for a residential building in Calgary. Applicant must be able to travel to specific work site and be available for day shifts.
*KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Cleaning common areas in a residential building
. House keeping move-out cleaning.
· Washing garbage and recycling areas, windows, walls, doors, parking areas, bike rooms, and other areas as required.
· Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, elevators, garbage bins, and other communal and public areas as required.
· Sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing of floors
· Vacuuming of carpeted areas and rugs
· Light maintenance as required.
· Receive and document complaints and report to management
*QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS*
· Minimum 3 years of cleaning experience
· Must be able to perform pressure washing, operate scraping machine, and carpet cleaning machine
· Excellent time management
· Good understanding of English
· Ability to deal with residents in a positive & respectful manner
*JOB TYPES*
·35-40 Hours/week Permanent
