*Cleaner*
We are currently looking for a cleaner for a residential building in Surrey. Applicant must be able to travel to a specific work site and be available for day shifts.
*KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. *Cleaning & Sanitizing*
* Maintain the cleanliness of the common area, bathrooms, and kitchens * Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces and floors * Disinfect high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs
2. *Waste Management*
* Empty trash bins and replace liners * Sort and dispose of recycling and compost * Report hazardous waste or spills
*QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS*
· Minimum 4 years of cleaning experience
· Excellent time management
· Good understanding of English
· Ability to deal with residents in a positive & respectful manner
*JOB TYPES*
35 Hours/week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 hours per day, morning shift
