Social service or charity agency. Community centre. Associations and non profit organizations. Tasks: Prepare reports or case histories. Appraise clients' needs or eligibility for specific services. Implement life skills workshops. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Conduct follow-up assessments. Resolve conflict situations. Implement behaviour management programs. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients. Maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Provide personal care. Maintain accurate records. Assist students to develop life skills. Develop individualized education and intervention plans based on special needs of client to facilitate their readaptation and independence objectives.
