The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients. We invite applications for a full-time specialist in OB/GYN at our Caton Hill Medical Center.
Unlike other U.S. health systems, MAPMG is built and led by physicians who earn competitive salaries, without income based on providing individual services. Our medical group comprises of board-certified physicians across 60+ specialties. MAPMG physicians use a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) to coordinate care. What You Can Expect:
• Select an option for career tracking that offers office, surgical, and/or OB inpatient care that meets your interests and skills, with access to in-house sub-specialists including Perinatology, Urogynecology, and Gynecologic Oncology
• Enjoy a reasonable call schedule and unscheduled time pre and post call
• Average 40 hours work/week
• Document visit notes and post-visit summaries in EPIC EMR for seamless care coordination
Minimum Requirements:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible
• Currently licensed or willingness to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (if not currently licensed in our operating states, MAPMG will facilitate this)
• 2-3 years preferred experience, open to all levels of experience

The starting salary for this position will be $325,000 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
