About this role
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate cross-functional vehicle activities to ensure key timelines, commitments, and business priorities are met.
• Monitor open vehicle orders and proactively identify and resolve blockers related to credit, production, parts availability, accessories, transportation, documentation, and other dependencies.
• Own and facilitate the recurring cross-functional vehicle operating cadence, including priorities, risks, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
• Participate in new product development and coordinate commercialization activities from development through launch, including pricing, purchasing, compliance, marketing, sales readiness, and dealer communications.
• Serve as the internal program owner for the MadJax LSV program, including state registrations, licensing, renewals, regulatory documentation, and coordination with Legal.
• Manage administrative processes related to LSV dealer agreements, state requirements, VIN/MSO/title documentation, renewal tracking, and supporting records.
• Establish and maintain a centralized source of truth for vehicle-related documentation, timelines, compliance information, decisions, and key program materials.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, reduce manual work, automate workflows, and eliminate unnecessary internal or dealer-facing friction.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on key initiatives, risks, unresolved issues, and decisions requiring escalation.
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Program Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and execution across teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management, collaboration, and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Power BI, ERP systems, or similar platforms.
Preferred
• Experience in automotive, powersports, golf cars, recreational vehicles, or a related industry.
• Experience supporting product launches, manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial operations.
• Experience working with regulatory, licensing, or compliance-related processes.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
• Primarily office-based role with regular collaboration across functional teams and operating locations.
• Ability to travel occasionally to company facilities, suppliers, industry events, or other business locations as needed.
