What you'll do:
• Answer customer calls and email inquiries to place orders, address questions, and resolve issues, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist in the resolution of escalated customer concerns, ensuring the best resolution for the customer in a timely manner.
• Partner with leadership on how to best resolve customer questions and concerns, as needed.
• Analyze requests, provide information requested or ascertain who can best provide said information, and route the request appropriately
• Based on customer's order history, suggest related items for purchase and explain product features and benefits that pertain to the customer's needs
• Maintain knowledge of product line, prices, delivery time, drop ship items, various marketing promotional services, and similar data
• Assist with filing claims and tracking shipments for customers
• Partner with the warehouse, accounting, purchasing, and other internal teams to address customer concerns
