About this role
Key Accountabilities Analyze existing business and operational work processes in GoT to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities. Lead business process mapping, value stream analysis, and process re-engineering initiatives. Develop, maintain, and standardize work processes, procedures, and governance frameworks across functions. Facilitate cross-asset alignment to ensure consistency in operational practices and process execution. Promote continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence principles. Support the design and implementation of digital solutions, automation tools, and workflow optimization technologies. Ensure business processes are digitization-ready and aligned with digital transformation roadmap Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new digital and AI-enabled ways of working. Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions. Develop communication materials, process documentation, and training content to support work process improvement across GoT assets.
