This role is critical and requires a strong focus on execution. The position involves managing a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management, scheduling, prioritizing tasks, monitoring and tracking meetings, and acting as a proxy when necessary. Additionally, the role includes managing travel, expenses, and other administrative support functions, ensuring timely action on deliverables.Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendar and scheduling tasks with a high level of priority. • Monitor and track Vice President's meetings, priorities, and emails, acting as a proxy when necessary. • Handle travel arrangements and expense management. • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the office. • Manage multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and preparation. • React with urgency to situations requiring quick responses or turnaround. Essential Skills
• Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance. • Impeccable attention to detail and decision-making skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. • Professionalism in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company. • 2+ years of experience supporting management (VPs, VPs, or CEOs). Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with executive support, calendar management, and administration. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and travel management tools such as Concur. • Skills in event coordination and customer service. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
