Job Title: Sales Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help ensure excellent customer service. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing orders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
• Support Account Managers with customer accounts and day-to-day requests. • Create pricing quotes and process customer orders. • Monitor orders from receipt through delivery and provide status updates. • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and account questions. • Coordinate with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and maintaining customer records. • Research and resolve order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service issues. • Track key performance metrics and update information in SAP and Excel. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. • Experience with SAP is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. • Respond to customer and Account Manager inquiries. • Create quotes and process orders. • Update order and delivery information in SAP. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order, shipping, or supply chain issues. • Support customer account reviews and service initiatives. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dayton, NJ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
