Position Overview The Member Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for members, providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service while handling routine financial transactions and inquiries. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a customer-facing environment and enjoy creating positive experiences for every member interaction.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday • 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM • No weekend work Key Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service. • Assist members with account inquiries, requests, and problem resolution. • Educate members on available financial products and services. • Balance and maintain an assigned cash drawer with accuracy. • Process transactions such as money orders, cashier's checks, and credit card advances. • Research and resolve member concerns by collaborating with internal departments. • Deliver professional, solution-focused service during every interaction. • Support other branch locations when additional coverage is needed. • Participate in community events and activities that support the organization's local presence. • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards. Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a face-to-face environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. • Basic math skills and comfort handling numerical transactions. • Basic computer proficiency. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Preferred Qualifications

• Previous banking, credit union, or financial services experience. • Cash handling experience. • Experience working with member account systems or teller platforms. • Familiarity with branch operations and financial products. What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out?
