Order Entry Specialist đź“Ť Kearny, NJ (Onsite) đź•’ Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM đź“… 3-Month ContractAre you detail-oriented with strong data entry skills and SAP experience? We're seeking an Order Entry Specialist to support a critical business initiative involving an SAP migration and new third-party logistics (3PL) integration. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently during a major systems transition. Responsibilities
• Process and manage customer orders within SAP • Export order data from SAP into CSV files for transmission to the 3PL provider • Review and upload returned data including serial numbers, invoicing details, and shipping/tracking information • Ensure order accuracy and timely processing throughout the order lifecycle • Maintain data integrity during SAP migration activities • Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to resolve order discrepancies • Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy Qualifications Required
• 2+ years of order entry or data entry experience • Experience working within SAP • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including working with CSV files • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree • Additional order processing, logistics, supply chain, or ERP experience What We're Looking For

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kearny, NJ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
